I just started taking metronidazole and fluconazole together to treat a combination of bv and yeast infection. I was supposed to get my period yesterday and I’m worried about a late period because if it’s not these pills it could be pregnancy I know just being a day late is overreacting but I did a bit of research and these pills seem to affect the cycle could I be wrong? I don’t know I would like more info please
