- Gave my final interview (Director round) in early April
- HR confirmed profile cleared about a week later
- Received document collection email shortly after
- Submitted all documents about 10 days ago
- Senior HR person viewed my LinkedIn profile shortly after document submission
- Have been following up with HR over calls and email since then
- No offer letter yet — it's been about 3.5 weeks since the interview

How long did it take from document submission to offer letter?
Is this timeline normal or should I be concerned?
Any tips on following up without coming across as desperate?
