Im looking for an open commercial space/hall for boxing training — no partitions, no apartment setup, preferably a large open floor. Preferably in palayamkottai highground, maharaja nagar, perumalpuram, ktc nagar areas

My mum owns this piece of farm land( in eruvadi, near valioor )where we grow a variety of crops, coconuts, guavas etc. the person we pay to look after the farm is doing a very shitty job at it, often negligent, slow and stuff. So we are having heavy losses regularly. When I ask my mom to fire him, she just says that there is nobody else or no other good people.

It's a few acres of land, where can I find the right people to manage the farm and get shit done to take it to another level
