How is US Bank when it comes to personal spend on business cards?

Just got the email today that my AMEX Business Amazon Prime card is going to US Bank today and what the final rewards are going to be. I am not sure if I'm going to keep it. AMEX didn't care one bit about personal spend so it was a nice secondary Amazon card but 99% of any spend I'll put on it will be personal so I'll just axe it now if US Bank is going to hassle me over it.

Diablo IV runs really well but man does it have a bad memory leak!

I have a 36GB M4 Max Studio. This was after about two hours of play. It was at ~26GB at the hour mark. Around 16GB when I started it (Ultra settings 3096x1296, DLSS off, but the leak is there with DLSS too).

26.4.1, CrossOver Preview.

Hopefully the leak gets addressed soon because otherwise the game runs very well.

Citi is always such a nightmare!

So I ported out of Verizon to a prepaid MVNO to save some money last month. Citi has let me log in with my number so I figured everything was fine.

Go out to eat today and noticed I didn't get a text alert. Thought it must be because I just PC'd my Double Cash to a second Custom Cash to have as a dedicated dining card so I went in the app to set up my alerts again. Sure enough, transaction alerts were disabled. No biggie, right? Wrong. It says my number is invalid. I try to remove it and re-add it. Still invalid.

I figured that it might just be a mobile app limitation so I go home and get on my desktop. Log in, go to my profile. "We're not able to contact you at your current phone number due to a possible incorrect phone number and/or inability to receive text messages. Please update your phone number."

I fired up a chat and the guy told me to remove and re-add the number. I told him I did that. He said it's a browser cache problem which would require me to clear my cache and cookies (and obviously also lose my chat) so I went straight to the alerts area, which I hadn't accessed on my desktop yet, and it said that my primary mobile number is invalid. I had added my number as a text alert number on the profile page and it had an Activate button so I hit that. What do you know, the verification text never came. Funny, I get the 2FA texts when I log in just fine...

So the guy gave me the number for online banking. Wait time is greater than 30 minutes... and has been greater than 30 minutes for 10 minutes now.

It's completely ridiculous that they let me use the number for 2FA but won't for text alerts. I swear if it wasn't for the fact that the cash back on the Custom Cash is so good (I have one for groceries and one for dining), I would close my cards, because they also treat me like a financial criminal every time I add my cards to mobile wallet, complete with a 30+ minute interrogation by the fraud department. None of my other banks gave me any major trouble like this. Capital One made me confirm the number was still mine and BoA made me set up my alerts again. Not Citi though, can't make life easy for their customers ever.
