Over the last few weeks I have been playing through the remaster again after playing it on release and have been having a blast exploring new areas and doing new quests that I didn't get to on my first playthrough.
I have had my fair share of performance issues as most everyone has had with the remaster, but overall with the help of the engine tweaks mod, it has been smooth enough.
However, now all of a sudden after a few weeks of playing, the game has become unplayable with how much it has been stuttering and freezing. I have no idea what has caused this to happen and have been frustrated that I cannot continue to enjoy the game. The only thing that changed in the past few days was that I purchased the deluxe upgrade for the game but even after that I didn't notice any problems for at least a day or 2.
If anyone has any tips or things that may fix the issue please let me know.
