35 NC looking for people to talk with
Hey there-
Gonna just send this out into the world because I have friends but all of them are straight or in hetero-normative presenting relationships currently. I have a small if non-existent gay friend group and I want to meet people and talk about everything to nothing. I'm a nerd, interested in fantasy, video games, horror, Pokemon, history, music, art history! (I know I sound thrilling) I'm 35 from NC, USA and I work with the elderly in a retirement facility.
If I'm being honest I feel lonely even though I'm surrounded by support and people who care. I feel like I'm perpetually the parent-friend. I just want to talk to someone to fill the day and remind myself that even if we're physically alone we're never alone. I want connection and just someone who assure me that it'll be okay. Trying to find that tribe of people to spend life with.
