Good places for simple patterns for my elderly mother

Hey everyone! I don't do beading but my mom has recently gotten into it to keep her mind and hands busy during chemo. She's gotten pretty good! She's been making butterfly wings and a few little simple scenes. I was wondering where I could find her some (free or low priced?) simple but new patterns so she can try something different. Preferably nature themed like frogs, mushrooms, different types of butterfly or moth wings, maybe some simple fish. Something she can switch colors around and make different versions. She's been enjoying giving them out to other patients when she goes to her oncologist :) thanks everyone! The talent on this subreddit is INSANE!

Every morning once I've sat down with my coffee, Cheeto loves to lay on his back in my lap with his feet up and grab my arms and wrestle a bit. Do your oranges like playing with you while laying in your lap?

I've REALLY been enjoying hearing other people's experiences with their insane customers, in a way it almost helps me process the weird people I've encountered. Knowing I'm not the only person out there dealing with people like that is really helpful, and it might be for others too.

Tell me about your craziest customers and how you handled the situation. I'll tell mine! (Also sorry if the formatting is bad I'm on mobile)

I make lampwork glass beads. Occasionally I'll put a batch of beads together for sale that didn't go in original listings. I had a woman order said batch. Already massaging me holding a negative or positive review over my head the second she ordered. Using it as leverage almost. I packed her order and sent it out no problem. Then USPS didn't scan it. It basically looked like it wasn't going anywhere. Every single morning at 6am i would get back to back to back messages asking me where her order was. Why wasn't it moving. And that I'm scamming her and lying to her about her order and she was going to leave a bad review. Once the package got past the delivery date i offered to just refund her. She said nope, she wants me to make her the entire batch of handmade beads again and ship it on my dime. I unfortunately did not have that kind of time at the moment and told her I would just refund her and apologized probably 40 times by this point. After refusing the refund a second time she escalates to etsy for the refund. They give it to her and she immediately leaves a one star review. Which was my first one ever. It was devastating to be honest. The very next day she got her package and messaged me begging for forgiveness. I told her to enjoy her beads and never to shop with me again.
