I got hired onto this company in February of this year. They put me on this project close to home which is great i greatly appreciate that but the problem is i am not learning anything here and i feel nobody is wanting to pour into me. They just push me to the side and have me take out the trash or clean up and just stand around and be out of site out of mind(my foreman told me that) while this new green apprentice that just got hired on who doesn’t know anything is given Meaningful tasks and he only been here for 2 days and i been here for 3 months and they never once given me the chance to do any tasks that this new apprentice is doing and he’s greener than ever
