Hey all, I need your help understanding what’s going on because I’m losing my mind here with this app. I’ll message guys and I’ll get a response and then no response afterwards before even any nudes or pictures are exchanged OR sometimes nudes and pictures are exchanged, the conversation keeps going, and then when I messaged them again, a few days later, no response. Sometimes I’ll even have guy’s message me and I’ll respond to their message and they stopped responding, that it makes me look stupid that I double text them when they initiated the conversation.
Don’t get me wrong, I know everything with the grindr should be taken with a grain of salt. Also, I know nothing is truly personal on the app. However, there’s a common pattern it starts to feel personal (again, even though it’s not). So I’m starting to lose my mind because I just feel like I’m wasting time. Some of my friends will have multiple meet ups with people a week and I can’t even get a guy to meet up with me.
When I first started using Grindr, I was average, over the years have worked on myself a lot and I’d say I’m cute. I’m toned 6’1” about 150 lbs. Can yall explain what is going on here? These boys are making me feel desperate af.
