2017 Trax Issues

I have a 2017 Trax with around 71,000 miles. It has had regular maintenance and no major issues up to this point other than replacing a tire sensor. Recently I’ve been having check engine light issues. I know very little about cars, so I’m hoping for advice before taking it in. I will say I have not noticed any drivability issues. However, there is now a ticking noise under the hood when idling (video attached).

Timeline:

Mid-December 2025:
Check engine light came on for the first time. The Chevy app showed “Service Stabilitrak.”

Mid-January to early April:
Check engine light would intermittently come on for a few days, then disappear for weeks at a time. The app usually continued showing the Stabilitrak warning.

End of April:
Took the car to a dealer for an oil change and tire rotation. The check engine light was off at the time and had been off for 3+ weeks. They told me I needed new tires and rear brakes, but they did not mention any other issues.

Now:
Check engine light came back on. I went and had the codes scanned. It came back as P0171 (Fuel Trim System Lean), P0420 (Catalyst System Low Efficiency), and P1101 (Intake Air Flow System Performance). The Chevy app is now showing an “Exhaust Emissions System” issue.

Does anyone have any ideas what this could be? Could the ticking noise be related? Thanks!!!
