I went semi-pro in 2022 and saw what the rest of us are missing.

Started CS in 2014. By 2022 I had around 5000 hours and this feeling that my main gain came from playing more, not playing better. Same mistakes on repeat, same lost duels, no idea why.

Then in 2022 I got paid to play tournaments at a semi-pro level. Small money but it completely changed how I trained. First time I actually saw what real teams use.

- Round-by-round 2D replays that show your obvious positioning errors in like 30 seconds

- Heatmaps that reveal your patterns. Where you peek every round, where you die over and over

- Anti-strat tools to guess opponent A default exec or B retake before they happen

- The KPIs FACEIT scoreboard never shows you. Entry success rate, trade rate, util damage, opening WR

Few weeks of using these and I progressed more than in the previous 8 years.

And honestly it hit me that none of this exists for amateurs. The data is there. FACEIT logs every kill, position, grenade. But it's all locked behind tools made for pro orgs.

So I built FragValue. Basically a coach AI that takes the demos you upload and gives you the diagnostic, 2D replay and heatmaps that semi-pros use. Free tier 3 analyses per month, no card needed.

Solo dev, full time on this. Currently you upload your .dem manually (takes 30 seconds), the auto-sync via FACEIT's official API is sitting in their review pipeline.

If anyone feels like they're grinding without progressing, would love to hear what you found useful or what felt missing. Roasting welcome.

Thanks everyone !!!
