Hi all,

I applied for a 482 subsequent entrant visa through an agency, so I currently have no visibility over the application process, which is quite frustrating.

I have the TRN from the confirmation letter issued by the Department of Home Affairs. If I create my own ImmiAccount and import/connect the application using this TRN, would that override the existing application lodged by the agency?

Could this affect the application status in any way, or is it only for viewing/tracking purposes?

Has anyone done this before while their application was managed by an agent?
