Is this normal? if so, why is this normal?

I logged into my account. search. There is a list of providers by searching "OBGYN" but no direct links to (those with offices) direct websites. You'll google each address listed under a doctors name.

When I searched "mammogram" only hospitals are listed, not people.

I did a live chat with customer service and expressed that I was looking for an obgyn who does in house mammograms. He then emailed me a list of doctor names / phone numbers almost identical to my search for "obgyn", said he was unable to check this specific request for me, and said he thought it was standard everywhere you went.
