

Modified The Loopy Whisk Doughnut Holes!
Slight modification to the recipe with 45g of butter instead of 30, and 180g of Greek yogurt instead of 150.
Place the mix in an icing bag with about half an inch hole.
When cooking, press out a small amount and use a table knife to cut it off into the oil. (Be careful to not burn yourself as it can splash if you're to far from the oil.)
Be fast and try to get around 10 balls at a time so you don't overcook the first ones.
Stir them around to get an even fry on them.
And holy crap are they good!
