How to remove the glass and or replace the movement

Ive got this 80s Empire clock. It needs a new movement. Ive ordered one but I don't know how to remove the old one. I replaced the movement on an Empire clock in the past and it was pretty easy but I don't see how this one comes apart the previous one I worked with had screws and came apart pretty easily this one looks like it is glued in

So I had something very upsetting happen in 2020, Jan. Then my mom passed very suddenly 1/1/24. Ive been doing too much retail therapy since then. I let my inner child, who, always wanted to decorate extreme for Halloween, buy all the decorations she wanted.

So now I've got a house full of clutter. A wall of Halloween stuff. Plus I've been a collector my whole life. 1980s toys, Spirithoods, model horses, Windstones, Unicorns, Squishmallows..ugh. I'm 9/10 stressed that I have stuff sitting around with no home.

Ive given away TONS of stuff on FB market place...but I'm feeling stressed too because Im giving away things I could sell to make money.

BUT I'm painting model horses and making decent money, and trying to go back to school to be a CT tech (xray) to make some real, sustainable income.

I keep telling myself "if it costs you your peace, its too expensive". I keep telling myself my TIME is valuable and better spent on school and painting horses.

But I'm feeling guilty. Its a cycle.

Please tell me its okay to give stuff away to get it out of the house, regain some peace, sanity and time. Tell me I'm not losing money, "Ive paid a rental fee" and now its going to someone else. I'm very stressed 😞
