My last pregnancy my office was stable, and I knew what to expect coming back. Now I am not even sure the organization will exist. I’m on a detail but it feels like it’s going to be a permanent move. The problem? The tempo isn’t sustainable for me. I am already struggling with an RA in place and just the crap that is happening.

I don’t know that I need advice but I also … don’t know how to survive this.

Anyone done a switch from the Wegovy pill to either injections or the new Foundayo recently and noticed a difference ?

Wegovy is suppressing my appetite but I’m not seeing much weight come off on the 4mg
