App Problems
Hello everyone!
I am having trouble with my app currently. :/
For context, I got my membership more or less 2 weeks ago. I went to the closest gym and there they sent me an email to sign up which I did. Later I tried to create an account on the app but I’m redirected to get a membership… I figured I was doing something wrong and when I went to the gym the staff saw what I was working with and said it must be the app then proceeded to give me a physical PF card to scan myself in. On a different day a different staff member tried helping me out and no dice.
I have deleted and reinstalled the app and often check for updates… idk who else I could reach out to? I’m a little bummed because I see other people talk about how nice the app is. I can’t help but feel like I’m missing out. :(
App version: 9.11.19 if that helps.
