I recently purchased 2 new phones and started 2 new lines on the Verizon website during a $200 per new line promotion. I have never received gift card for the online deal and getting anywhere with agents has been impossible. I see the issue on here but I haven't seen a solution, maybe I haven't searched hard enough.

What is the easiest way to get the $400 credit owed? Are there any tips on which method of communication will work best for getting answers?

Edit: What I think happened is when I ordered online I used a chat agent to finish up the order to get rid of the activation fee. They assured me MULTIPLE times I would get the gift cards for the order. They lied and screwed me out of $400, I would have gladly paid the activation fee without their lie.
