I run Overture, a content distribution agency, and we're looking for clippers to join our network.
Here's exactly what you do:
You take long-form content from creators and brands — streams, podcasts, YouTube videos — and cut the best moments into short clips. You post them on your TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
How you get paid:
You earn a fixed rate per 1,000 verified organic views your clips generate. The amount you make is entirely up to you — there's no cap, no ceiling, no fixed salary. If your clips blow up you get paid accordingly. A single clip hitting 100,000 views can earn you up to $350.
The more you post, the more chances you have to earn. Some clippers post 2-3 clips a day. Others post 10. It's entirely your call.
What you need:
- TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube account (we suggest to post on all)
- Basic editing — CapCut is totally fine
- Consistency
