Trying to remember a childhood game I used to play. I only remember a few notable details that might help

You choose which faction you want to join at the start of the game, with the map and the selectable regions.
The game was more on an army-building game, where you can control a group of units to fight other NPC armies.
You can build some bases, more specifically huts, where the color of the roof can change depending on which faction you chose at the start of the game
