I got my first bad review selling, I sold this authentic basic givenchy activewear polo for only $12 and when I received his review/message, I was rather confused. What does it mean by doesn’t look “crisp” or “little more worn”? I feel like that’s more of an opinion based statement. I didn’t add any filters or editing on to it to make it “better” and “a little worn” feels confusing, like no duh it’s used!!! Anyways, what would the process be on taking this review down and also how should I respond? also the pictures I took of the item are past the message/review ones.
