2021 Acura RDX A-Spec - Private Sale

Seller is asking $43.9K CAD ; I tried to negotiate to $41K, seems he will accept $42K CAD

I saw the car yesterday and it drove VERY well, no issues whatsoever. Was very clean, no rock chips. 3M is in pristine condition with no peeling. Engine bay is clean. The seller was a nice guy and honest. He did initial oil changes and brake fluid change at Acura dealership where he purchased the car. He did an oil change himself, by the sounds of it he is very mechanically adept so no worries there. He has a 16K lien on it which he says he will pay for it. He reports he has an offer from a dealership for $41K so he will likely not be able to go less than that. The car has 3M, remote start, all-weather tires. NO winter tires.

I already feel like $42K is the HIGHEST I want to go, but I wanted to ask for advice and opinions from the Reddit Community.
