I have my second interview coming up with a dispatch alt company (atoz) in a couple of weeks, and they want me to do a mock lesson. So I do have a lesson in mind, but the thing is that it's really only for like kids under 5. Should I prepare a lesson for older kids? If so, does anyone have any advice on what I should include? My kinder and under lesson is super simple and about fruits, I was thinking if I do have to do like an older kid version, then to maybe stick to the same idea. Or do I need to incorporate Grammer? I guess I would just like some advice since all I was really told was that it will be a short mock lesson.
Also, I would love some input about the company or to even hear about your own experiences with them. I've heard all the negative things about dispatch companies, so I won't really be deterred if you had a terrible experience!
