Even if I don't agree with many things on this sub...

let's agree on this 😈

I may not be an expert on the early Genshin fandom, but transporting my knowledge about how the DSMP and MHA fandom acted during my experience reading fanfics from those pieces of media (I was like 11 and it was the pandemic okay?), if they were ANYTHING like that, then the hardcore ZZZ gooner will be EVISCERATED. You CAN'T convince me otherwise

Is Ashveil a main or sup-dps?

I'm gonna pull for him in his next rerun and I'm getting mixed answers on whether he's main or sub, and I don't wanna be misled about his team role like what happened with Topaz when I pulled for her since a friend told me she's a main dps

Nag-apply ko sa GIA at sinabi daw na ilagay ang recommendation form at letter sa isang envelope at i-seal. Mean ba dry stamp/seal o wax seal?

Now, to warn, this is just my personal opinion alongside observations I made. I am NOT a prude, and this discussion can be made about any game with fanservice, but with the current situation on hand, I think this is more than appropriate.

Anywho, when it comes to fanservice, one aspect that isn't talked of often, but I think should, is how fanservice distorts one's perception of the appearance of others and expectations of such. This came to my mind when I remember seeing that people were like memeing on Silver Wolf and her being average (I'm probably not remembering and articulating properly but bare with me) even though her thighs were actually quite thick, atleast for a women her stature. I think the same can be applied to Dialyn but with her breasts instead of her thighs as they're proportional to her size and physique. This, for me, is an example of how fanservice alters a person's perception of body. I'd argue it's akin to how there are people, mostly men, who didn't receive proper sex-ed and instead got their info regarding sex through pornography and lewd magazines. Whatever was appealing was what was shown and praised instead of whatever was common or realistic and what deviated from the appeal was a punchline.

The final aspect we don't talk about, and this connects to the previous paragraph, is how, in a way, the fanservice and the gooner-appeal in the game's marketing altered player's behaviours for the worse. Multiple incidents occured in relation to the games fanservice-ness, the whole Angels of Delusions incident comes to mind, or when the official ZZZ subreddit banned NSFW posts and, from what I recall, certain players threw a fit and a mass exodus followed. Harshly speaking, lewd content psychologically fucked up online ZZZ players.

To reiterate, I am NOT a prude, I am not some puritan. I just think that at some point, people are at a point where NSFW content puppeteers them in mind and in action, and this has been the case for ZZZ players for a while
