I don't want to get into specifics, as talking about the application only serves to skew any answers I might receive. Instead, I just want to ask some simple questions:

• Do you ever have trouble understanding the tone or context of emails and chat messages?

• Has a text/chat/email misunderstanding ever led to issues for you and your team?

• What do you wish you had at work that would help you communicate with your team more effectively?

That's it. I just want some insights on how communication might be improved in the workplace. My team and I want to help the ND community as much as possible, and to do that, we need to work with you instead of on behalf of you.
