I'm in the final stage of interview for a 6 month internship(July-Dec) in Rolls Royce, but I'm confused on whether the Placement Office or the HoD will give me the NOC as this is off-campus.

I'm looking for a single room PG for 6 months, with food would be better but works if it ain't too.
