Where should I install the leftover fence?

I'm installing fences to my front yard and we still have a good amount of leftover to add fences in either one of the places. Which one should we go with?

Just got the S26 Ultra and I found a tiny plastic film coming out of the edge on the back of the phone. What is it? Can I pull it out?

EDIT: this was purchased directly from Samsung's official website and it came in a brand new S26U box.
