@MBonvoyAssist @Marriott @MBonvoyAssist Our room was flooded for two nights due to a fire. The sprinklers were on & flooded the room. Not how you treat a 24yr loyal member. All my clothes were ruined- I just asked for points to make it right. It’s been 3 months-.Terrible service
