Husband doesn’t qualify for life insurance

I became a SAHM last fall to my now 8 month old daughter. It’s been so amazing and I will probably be staying home for another year with her. My husband makes $200K per year so we are doing just fine financially. I can’t help but feel vulnerable if something were to ever happen to him. He has a heart condition (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy) which disqualifies him for life insurance. Have any of you even been in a similar situation? Thank you in advance!

Grocery sale recipe suggestion tool

Hello side project community!

With grocery prices being what they are lately, my husband and I built a tool that scans sale items at your local grocery store and automatically generates a meal plan and recipe suggestions based on what’s on sale. It’s saved us a lot on our weekly grocery bill!

I’d love to hear any feedback on this idea and recommendations on the best way to gauge interest in this type of tool.

I am working on a business plan for a company I would like to launch in September. I’ll be making a spicy pepper gruyere and a pea pesto sauce - just add pasta and you have a delicious pasta salad! Ive always wanted to start my own food business and I’ve had this idea kicking around for a while. I would start selling at a few local farmers markets to gauge demand. Is this something you would purchase at a market? I’m doing some demand research now and curious why this hasn’t been done before.

My brand is called Maddog’s Sauce and the logo is an Americana style Shih Tzu with a spike color on. I have a marketing background so I’m going all in on the branding. TIA!
