I just got my vial in the mail and it’s 16 mg sub q, once weekly. Reading through this sub it seems like that is a high dose to start on. The vial is 40 mg/ml and instructions are 0.4 ml weekly. I was already going to split into twice weekly but I think I might stay at 0.1 ml. Thoughts?
