Every 10 secs my CPU goes down from 40% to 4% and lags my PC
This problem started this friday, i was playing Valorant when my screen went black (still could hear audio) and then the game crashed, spammed space bar and had Spotify open so i could still hear but NOT see anything.
After that i had some trouble turning on the PC so i went and removed every component and clean them
I can turn on my PC but when opening ANY game it runs at 200fps, then every 10 secs i go down to like 10-7fps, after 5 secs i go back to 200fps and it's a cycle like that
I checked my CPU and was like 40%, every 10 secs went down to 4% and lagged all my computer, then back to normal
Already updated BIOS, checked any place i could, but nothing
DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO, ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED!
