They added in ANOTHER goddamn button to press

Now we have to press another fucking button after the order is delivered, basically saying "You completed the delivery! That's 6 today" or some shit.

It's so fucking obvious they're just trying to get drivers to tap in that exact spot as many times as possible, so we eventually end up accidentally accepting a shitty order. And maybe we're at 9% cancellation, so we just complete it because we're scared of getting penalized. It would sound crazy if it weren't fucking Uber.

Total buttons pressed for one delivery:

  • Verify order
  • This order has drinks/Did they forget anything
  • Swipe to accept
  • Dumb button that means nothing
  • Take photo
  • Actually take photo
  • Leave a note (typing and a button press)
  • Deliver order
  • Congrats you delivered an order!
