Hi all. I've messed up and will have to pay up but can anyone clarify for me what the parking restrictions are on the red double lines opposite the Old Horse on London Road please? Totally get that you can't park there most of the time but I checked the parking meter/machine and it appeared to say parking was allowed (and free) after 4.30pm on Fridays. Another person looking at it with me interpreted it the same way. Just had a ticket notice through though so looks like we were both wrong - fair cop etc. Thanks for any help.
