Made shredded chicken for the first time + buttered basmati rice from Uncle Ben’s. I’m literally two points away from the passing grade, and I passed my final today with flying colors. I do work part-time and some of the homework for this particular class takes forever. We used McGraw Hill and there’s these things called “Core Concepts” which the amount of times you answer correctly, the questions gets harder and repetitive. I would skim the chapter readings, and just dived into completing the homework, quizzes, discussions when time permitted outside of work so my weekends were homework days.

The final grades get submitted in ten days, and I’ve emailed the professor asking for an alternative credit, and also questioning if my participation grade from the discussion was calculated separately or all together as it’ll likely bump me up the two points I need.

I’m just stressed, because I’d really like to graduate and this is making me want to tear the hair out of my head. I’m planning on going to my advisor and submitting a formal grade appeal, not acting out of emotion, just wanting a professional review + clarification on the grading scale as the professor is a bit unclear in the syllabus.
