Bought a Creality Otter and scan bridge about a week ago. Using a intel i7-10875h, 32gb ddr4, 2060 rtx 6gb, 4tb wd black nvme ssd, windows 11 with all updates, very few pieces of software installed other than solidworks and blender.

With the scan bridge, wirelessly I am scanning at 1fps, and direct with usb 3.0 I am only getting 4 fps.

Its hard to conceive that that kind of hardware is incapable of being used as a scanner platform at all, and I am wondering if the Otter is particularly hardware intensive (it lists the 2060 6gb as 2 stars, but that hardly explains 1 fps with their addon wireless bridge), or is my scanner itself likely defective?

Also, the software is very buggy, and the only way the wireless bridge would connect was by downgrading to an older version.

I haven't seen many posts like this before, and wanted to see directly if this type of experience is typical?

Trying to expand my engineering business and workflow and so far this has been less than stellar.
