Is PIP Really Soft Firing?
I am a tech analyst that was told recently that I'll be put on PIP tomorrow onwards. Is it worth grinding the PIP, or is this a new form of mass layoffs, and I should just start looking for a job elsewhere?
Please, my career has just begun, and I am very scared. I don't know what to expect, what to do. Any good advice will be really appreciated.
