Non glow Bobbleheads:
Agility: Gain +2 Agility. 150-350 caps
Big Guns: +20% damage with heavy guns for 1 hour. 500-1k caps
Caps: Higher chance to find better cap stashes.150-350 caps
Charisma: Gain +2 Charisma. 150-200 caps
Endurance: Gain +2 Endurance. 150-350 caps
Energy Weapons: +20% damage with energy weapons for 1 hour. 500-1k caps
Explosive: +30% damage with explosives for 1 hour. 500-1k caps
Intelligence: Gain +2 Intelligence. 1k-3k caps (5k max you savages)
Leader: Gain 5% more experience. 5k caps
Lock Picking: 30% wider "sweet spot" when lockpicking. 150-300 caps
Luck: Gain +2 Luck. 1k-2k caps
Medicine: Stimpaks heal 30% more. 750 caps
Melee: +20% damage with melee weapons for 1 hour. 250-500 caps
Perception: Gain +2 Perception. 250-500 caps
Repair: Fusion Cores last 30% longer. 250 caps
Science: One extra guess when hacking terminals. 1k-2k caps
Small Guns: +20% damage with ballistic guns for 1 hour. 1k-2k caps
Sneak: 30% harder to detect. 600-1k caps
Strength: Gain +2 Strength. 500-750 caps
Unarmed: +25% damage with unarmed attacks. 250-400 caps
Any glowing bobbleheads should be no more than 5k and no less than 2.5k!

How are people getting local legends in fishing, i have a mark 4 rod and an attractive reel, but i can’t catch a local legend, the fucking thing jumps half way across the screen and snaps everytime i hook it, do i need a fucking cronus to control my controller and catch it for me? How the fuck are you people catching these things?
