I did two months at 1.5mg and just recently began 4mg 3 days ago. Towards the end of the second month I began to plateau and didn’t weigh myself much as it was mentally exhausting to see. Today I weighed myself and I’m 6lbs heavier than previously. I am now all paranoid and worked up over this and feeling lost. I’m sure once I get more into the 4mg it will be okay but I just need some advice and inspiration cause I’m feeling like I’m failing or something. I take my pill with a sip of water every morning and wait about 2ish hours to drink and typically longer to eat. I had a cut off of 8pm with eating but I’ve been bad recently and idk if that’s the reason. Just in my head extra today.

Today I stated 4mg after two months of 1.5. I felt like the second month of 1.5mg wasn’t as effective as the first. I haven’t weighed myself this past week before starting the 4mg as I’ve been on my period and felt it would make me spiral. Overall the last I checked earlier in April I was down 11lbs from starting. Recently unsure if it’s my period or the pill but my food noise and intense hunger returned. I did double up on 1.5 for about 3 days before beginning the 4mg. So far today I haven’t noticed much I do feel less intense hunger and have had a slight upset stomach.
