What amp are you using?

For those of you who have been able to afford the amp you pretty much wanted…..what did you choose and did it live up to your expectations? I had my eye on a Mesa Mark V 35 head for a long time and was able to pick up a used one in excellent condition that came with a 1x12 Mesa speaker cab. It’s a closed back wider body one, but not the “wide body”. Overall I’m happy but it’s definitely not what I expected for some reason. Thinking about building a Treyesque 2x12 cab. I currently have a Vintage 30 in my 1x12 and will obviously double that up if I build this thing.

Tell me about what you have and photos would be cool!

Furthermore I have the reissue Ross compressor which i didn’t really love at first but now sounds good with the Mesa setup. As of now I’m using that instead of the Analogman compressor, which I also have.

As far as Mesa head setting I’ve actually been dialing in a clean tone on the Mark IV channel and have been liking that a lot.

Here’s an Equator 2023ish all Bubinga

I can only assume this is his pedalboard into a DAW. Back when Phish Guitar Lessons was having his Reba jam contest.

What does an Equator hollow body guitar sound like?

Well this should be more of a promo for y’all to follow Max on IG: @jedimindlicks then for you to pay any attention to me. He’s playing a 2022 hollow with Curly Maple top and Claro Walnut sides and back out of a Komet TA (Trainwreck clone) and appropriate pedalboard. Part 1.

official account for Equator guitars.

David here! A friend and loyal customer asked if he could help me out with some social media stuff, etc. After the very positive response, I figure I better do it myself. I’m always more active on Instagram @equatorinstruments Both of these are available.
