Is it going to fall off?

Had an ingrown so took antibiotics and the cuticle grew back but now there is a hole in the crown.

How to fix damaged hair

Hair type is 2C/3A but I believe that it could be more 3A if my was completely natural. Its been bleached once, and dyed with ammonia free box dye 3 times. I straightened my hair and when I would brush it, I had so much hair loss and so much split ends and my hair was breaking off in tiny strands.

I have shoulder length hair when its curly and up to my chest when it is straight. I've been using rosemary oil once a week and have noticed thicker baby hairs but I'm not sure if it's just a placebo effect? My hair is 3A and has a few bleached bits due to highlights but its never grown long even when my hair was virgin.
