So I just started at a brand new company that was started by a BCBA at a company i used to work at. The RBT lead was someone also at that old company that had a "interesting" relationship with this bcba. This rbt was no where near the brightest bulb and to put it lightly, they could definitely use aba services. I was checking to see when my new rbt lead got their rbt cert and say that they had a RBT requirements coordinator assigned to them. Ive been with 3 larger companies and my wife who is also in thia field has been with 4 different ones and neither of us have ever seen someone assigned one or even know what it is. Can someone briefly explain what they do? Our first thought was it was a position that helps people who really need that extra help to pass and keep with the bacb rbt requirements.

Hey yall, I recently got the game and am still at the point before kk slider comes by. Im a huge LOZ fan and when I found out that there's stuff for that, I dug out my smash 4 link amiibo and got everything. Im not the most creative person but want to have a little area for a master sword shrine or other loz stuff. Any tips or things yall have done I could use for inspiration that doesnt require the island editing app?
