Walked at Westin last night. Manager refusing to honor policy

So I was booked at a Westin last night. When I got off the plane I had 2 missed calls from them. Turns out they had a power outage and couldn't honor my reservation. They said they had booked me into a nearby JW which I was fine with. I called them back before I checked in and asked if they would honor their Walk policy. The receptionist checked with her Manager and said they wouldn't because they were paying for the replacement reservation at a comparable property. I called BonVoy and a case was started but this morning the Westin Manager emailed me to confirm that they wouldn't compensate me because the relocation reason was a power outage and not an overbooking. I spoke to BonVoy again and they say the hotel is doubling down. Am I missing something here? Isn't it ANY reason? What do I do?
