Random question about "The Spot" or "The Area"

My eldest cat loves to have her cheeks rubbed, but when I do that with my dusty, he bites me and goes to his butt, but when I scratch his butt and tail he bites me... where do dust kitties like to be pet? or is it just every cat is different?

This is the third time I’ve caught him lying in freshly changed litter. I know he’s a dust kitten but come on, dude… plus he keeps on pouncing and chasing his sister.
