I got divorced from my ex-husband, who had BPD, about 10 months ago. I haven’t fully moved on yet

I still find myself comparing the good parts of my relationship with him to the people I meet now. There are certain things we used to do together that I genuinely miss.

I really want to move forward, but I’m struggling with these lingering feelings. Does it actually get better with time? And more importantly, how do I stop attracting or getting into unhealthy relationships again?
