Hey there, so it’s pretty much like the title says. In the last 6 months I shipped 5 parcels, all the same size and category from one european country to another. Each time I paid about 15€ and they all got delivered successfully without problems, within 2-4 days.
Now here’s the thing, for 3 of these shipments, I got a refund to my credit card from UPS for the paid amount. No notification via mail or letter or whatsoever.
Now i’m not necessarily fearing that there’s a silent debt piling up somewhere at UPS for me, but I am curious nevertheless how it can be that I got this refund multiple times, since they must’ve still have it marked as paid in their system don’t they?
Maybe someone had a similar issue or knows more. Thx😃
