I took 3 months of disability during which I was in inpatient care. My metrics were ~80% through year end, then I found out during my greenlight with my coach that my metrics were actually 73% and I was ranked as below in metrics and put on BCLP and missed my promotion.

Does anyone know if it's worth talking to an employment lawyer?

Does anyone know what page I can see the utilization breakdown on?

ETA: Consultant in Commercial btw.
