This has been happening every 3 months or so. Starts as a single, or a few, single itchy spots that morph into larger itchy, raised bumps. Oddly, once the larger bump appears (often “c-shaped”) it sometimes migrates upward by a few centimeters over a period of days.

Note this always happens in the same place. Lower middle back and left ankle.

Dermatologist says dry skin. Makes no sense.

Thanks for any ideas.
