What to mention to qualify?
Hello, I have an appointment at alternaleaf to get treatment for basically life long low to moderate, occasionally severe depression and anxiety. I want to make sure I don’t leave out symptoms they’d be looking for to assess eligibility. I’d be looking for a sort of creative and motivated boost to my day then to relax and sleep well at night. I have trouble with a complete lack of appetite and a really bad sleep schedule. What other things would they be looking for?
