Why are the temp employment agencies in this town so bad

Title.

I swear I've been on BlueSun's list for months and they still haven't given me a call back since the initial call

Still little luck finding employment elsewhere either ☹️

I don't know who or why they decided to block off the easiest pedestrian path in/out of Fred Meyer. I don't have a car and it's really not great for my back to lift a heavy cart full of groceries over it.
