Do I not use the clip? Do I use the clip and not the strap? I think something’s missing and I feel really dumb.

Neighbor hooked me up with an electric log splitter but it’s leaking bad. I can only find Lowe’s sold it over ten years ago and the 800 number on the machine no long works. Anyone know where to get parts for this?
